Catch the Wild Magnolias at Downtown Super Sunday,
French Quarter Fest & Jazz Fest
Think you missed Super Sunday? Wrong! It's not too late to see the Mardi Gras Indians at The Circle of Chiefs' 10th Annual "Indian Cha WA" Downtown Super Sunday. This year, the tribes are suiting up and gathering on Orleans and Moss (Bayou St. John) on Sunday, April 10th at 12 p.m. Here’s your chance to see the Mardi Gras Indians in all their glory.
Big Chief Bo Dollis, Jr. of the Wild Magnolias will be at Downtown Super Sunday, French Quarter Fest, and Jazz Fest. In fact, this year his band Big Chief Bo Dollis, Jr. & The Wild Magnolias has the honor of closing out the festival on the Jazz & Heritage Stage at 5:45 p.m. If you can’t wait, and we can’t blame you, check out his latest album My Name Is Bo, produced Cyril Neville. It melds second line, hip hop, funk, jazz, blues and the sounds of the Mardi Gras Indians.
